The Vision Behind TTC
A Place Where Children Are Heard and Parents Are Supported
TTC was built from a vision of creating a place where children, families, and communities can find healing, help, and practical support. The vision centers on children being heard, parents being supported, stereotypes being challenged, historical trauma being seen, and healing being the goal.
This vision shapes the way TTC supports families. The goal is not only to look at behavior, but to better understand what may be happening beneath the behavior and what type of support may help the child, teen, parent, family, school, or organization move forward.

A Practical, Family-Centered Approach
From Confusion to Clarity, From Stress to Structure
TTC uses a strengths-based, culturally aware, and family-centered approach. The focus is not only on behavior, but also on understanding what the behavior may be communicating.
Listen First
TTC starts by listening to the family, child, teen, school, or organization to understand the concern and the context around it.
Understand the Need
The goal is to look at behavior, communication, stress, routines, emotional needs, support systems, and possible skill gaps.
Create Practical Support
Support may include coaching, parent guidance, behavior support, emotional wellness tools, family communication strategies, and youth development resources.
Build Forward
TTC helps families move toward structure, consistency, emotional growth, stronger communication, and healthier patterns.
