T. Thomas Consulting / Child & Family Wellness Services is currently a self-pay coaching and consulting service. Insurance is not billed for coaching, consulting, parent education, wellness resources, behavior support resources, paid support questions, or school and organization consultation.

TTC is designed to support families across different income levels while still respecting the time, preparation, planning, and professionalism involved in providing services.
Community pricing may be offered by approval based on service type, availability, family need, organization need, and service fit.

Booking and Payment
How Payment Works
Appointments
Scheduled appointments are booked through TTC’s scheduling system. Online appointments may include an automatic Google Meet link.
Paid Questions
Ask TTC paid questions are submitted through a secure form with payment. Responses are provided by email within 2 business days.
Workshops and Organizations
School, organization, and workshop pricing may depend on the requested topic, length, location, audience size, preparation needs, and follow-up support.
